Two Cassidy Turley Brokers Earn Prestigious CCIM Designation

A CCIM is a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. According to the CCIM Institute, CCIMs have completed a rigorous curriculum that covers interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate and ethics.

Lawliss, who started with Cassidy Turley in the fall of 2005, specializes in office properties and handles both landlord and tenant activities in the Northern New Jersey marketplace. His territory includes Hudson Waterfront, Morris County and parts of Suburban Passaic and Essex Counties. His duties include all aspects of sales, leasing and tenant-representation including prospecting, interacting with marketing specialists in the brokerage community, arranging property tours, proposal and lease negotiations and direct daily reporting to asset managers and real estate directors of client firms.

He has completed 175,000 rentable square feet of lease transactions and sold a 45,000 square-foot building during his time with the firm and his client list includes Humana Insurance Co., Versacold Inc., Edy's Ice Cream Inc., Washington Mutual Insurance, New Jersey Schools Construction Corp., Custom Spine Inc. and Danka Inc. Lawliss earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Colorado College.

Turse has specialized in the sales, leasing, and consultation of industrial and commercial property in the Northern New Jersey marketplace since 1995. In that time, he has negotiated over five million square feet of sales and leases worth an aggregate value exceeding $200 million. His client list includes 3M Corporation, Ducati North America, Carlisle Companies, Inc., Merck-Medco, BASF Corporation and Bombardier Motor Corp. of America.

Turse is a member of the American Planning Association and is the past Chairman of the Morris County Young Professionals Committee, a sub-committee of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce.Turse graduated from Rutgers University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies with his curriculum focus on Regional Planning and Real Estate Development. He continued his education with course work at The New York University School of Real Estate.

The two mobile apps for the DucatiCommunity.com site are available now for free download. These new apps enable Ducati Community members to post directly to the site from their garage, a MotoGP race, or a Sunday morning ride using their iPhone and Android enabled devices.

“Mobile applications were a key component of the Ducati Community strategy from day one,” said Arrick Maurice; leader of the Ducati Community project. “Now that they are available, community members can unlock the true potential of the site.”

The Ducati Community Apps are available for iPhone at the iTunes store, and Android at the Android Marketplace.
